I think over here, though I haven't been paying too much attention, it went from "Kanye is running for president?" to "Oh, wait, not really" to "Maybe really?" to "Kanye is being Kanye." I'm not gonna point out some of the things he's done in the past, but even I, not really knowing much about the guy, knows he's had his moments. I think it's good though, that people are cognizant to the point that he might be in a rough patch right now and needs some time and patience. Makes me hope that that kind of awareness is more common these days and such understanding gets extended to the non-celebrities.
