I coined the tag, and while I wasn't thinking that hard about it I think fatalism is justified, because Donald Trump isn't where we started getting sick, he's where we started pissing blood and couldn't ignore it anymore. Mayberry is dying and it wants to take the rest of us with it, and both congress and the electoral college are weighted in its favor.
