I always link rather than embed for that reason. The youtube player really doesn't like being embedded too many times. You can turn off embeds in comments in your settings; select 'no' for 'embed videos in comments'. Indie rock isn't my thing so I'm not very familiar with chamber pop, but from what you linked you might dig Miranda Sex Garden.
