I have resolved to do another Hubski weather balloon. This time I don't want to take a creature up, I am going to see if we bring them back. I want to sample the stratosphere for alien creatures. I'll be making a brain-storming post about this soon. I have the instruments to analyze a sample. We are going to need a system to open and close the collector in the stratosphere.
