Well, the Dems have a lot to holler about since, under their leadership, they didn't even come up with a budget for several years. How hypocritical they are. Let's get reasonable spending , like the Penny plan or something like it, and get our future under control. I am for putting in place zero based budgeting for our State and Federal budgets, instead of the automatic spending levels that usually double or triple the average cost of living increases that come with convoluted " baseline" budgeting ( we can thank the Dems and Richard Nixon for this mess)!
