The point was that a 100lb woman could take down a 200lb plus guy.
The problem is, of course, that if you let the guy get to close or come at you too quickly, non-lethal is worthless. Plus, I was able to have a mouthguard so I knew I wouldn't hurt my teeth and they had a big pad to fall on. It was very interesting. -XC
