"Whenever a human you are interacting with says, 'Stop', 'No' or wags its head or index finger in any direction, immediately stop what you're doing to it unless it is harming another human. In that case, just restrain it." Will that cover it? I doubt that that could be ingrained, but who knows? Worth a try.
