I'm also going to CC but didnt really face any stigma/pressure due to me not really telling anybody about it lol. It is more of an economic issue for me, but I also plan on redeeming myself after a seemingly meh high school record (depression for fresh/soph year and drugs junior/senior year). Honestly, as long as you yourself don't lose the initial potential you were born with, coupled with sound determination, I really don't see any negative of CC. It's cheaper, allows you to adjust to the collegiate level relatively well, and in my own state(NJ), they have a law requiring state colleges to accept CC transfers, so at the very least I will graduate with a BA from the state school(prob Rutgers NB) and ontop of these "gurantees", I also have an opportunity to go to more advanced colleges if I do well in my classes(I'm majoring in either Physics or Comp.Sci)

Anyways, good luck
