For people in consensual relationships with people who have STDs such as herpes, sex has to be performed extremely carefully. Some partners don't care, but others are very paranoid about the spread of the disease. I highly doubt this is marketed towards the general public, more for already exposed individuals. Having known a few, I know how stressful sex and relationships can be for them.
