I’ll splurge on the trendy overpriced restaurants with amazing interior design and small plates of food when I can afford it. Until I go overboard and go to 3 in a month, look at my credit card statement and realize I could have done “x other thing” for that amount. And that’s when I redouble my efforts to cook at home.
