This is my third beer.
It's also the reason I started brewing: Chinese beer is German beer, and it is boring. China needs a beer with Chinese character. This is a red ale with red (azuki) bean and ginger. It's called Red Flag Flying.
I tried it flat when I bottled it Monday and it was delicious. Two weeks for carbonation. Just in time for Chinese New Year.
I'll take pics when I pour it.
