For a few months now, I have Rather Nice as my new page extension for Chrome (can't link to it right now; it's easy to find). It's a picture of a cute glass of water saying nice things whenever I open a new tab. I smile every time. Don't know if it's helping, but it certainly is rather nice to have someone say these things from time to time.
