That's a $750k house in Seattle, a $1.5m house in LA and a $3.5m house in San Francisco. I hear from a compatriot it's not the best neighborhood but c'mon. Half a million with that yard and 3200sqft? Geddouddahere. And it is authentic mid-century modern. You could shoot an episode of Mad Men in there. You'd spend an easy $40k at Design Within Reach getting that look just in the furnishings. And you still wouldn't have that bitchin' pool table.
