In today's climate, both historically and educationally, facts such as the role of black persons in the American Revolution (against a tyrannical monarch) are not heralded much. Also, despite reading about "white men" who have "made a living off the black man" in several posts, there are a lot of "white men" who abhorred the practice of slavery (including most of the Continental Congress whom I have posted on extensively), and fought and died both in courtrooms and battlefields to see the black man treated according to the declaration, that " All men are CREATED equal".
So I thought I'd impose a link so that some of these stories can be read and appreciated. These are a few.
