Hey, good luck and don't worry. Diets are easier than most people make them out to be. I mean if you think about, diets are mostly about not doing things. Now I don't know about you, but I am ridiculously good at not doing things. There are so many things right now that I could be doing, and I'm not doing any of them. You see, it's that easy.
