the company I work for is selling massive deals that they cannot support. the company I work for is going through a massive re-org that they announced in June wherein they demoted 98% of the company by installing a new team of Executive Vice Presidents (some of whom are TBD)…. they moved several teams around, and that's as far as the details went. It's been two months in the dark and we still have to do our jobs. Selling big deals whilst doing a re-org isn't good for business… and it isn't good for morale. I've been working on a hubski welcome video… so that's fun. bartender? Another coke please.
Sorry about the re-org bull__t. Hope you land in a good place. Last year we had a major change in our E-VP and since then I've gotten a new VP and about 10-20 people were let go. There are times I feel I am next on the chopping block. Whether that is realistic or not, I'm not sure. There are two of us in my geography doing the same job. Eventually, they'll want to either get rid of, relocate or re-assign one of us. It's maddening. Everyone invite their smart friends to Hubski so that I can eventually make this my full time job. What a dream come true that would be. Anyways, great work on video thus far. I'll buy the coke.I've been working on a hubski welcome video… so that's fun.
-It was great to wake up today with the rough version in my inbox. Thanks for your efforts, I'm about to watch and take some notes. Get those to you this afternoon.
