Why is this allowed? Why is it when Russia, China, NK or (Insert your favorite 'Evil Empire' here) have secret courts it's a high crime against freedom and human rights, but when it happens in the US it's just... Ignored. This guys livelyhood was destroyed, and he will receive no justice or even a fair day in an open court to plead that something has gone wrong. We're either becoming the bad guys, or it's becoming more obvious we have been the bad guys for a while. I don't have enough historical information to figure out which.
