I'm glad that there are people out there intent on bringing science to a new generation and I will watch the new series but that trailer doesn't convince me it will be to my liking. You start with Sagan, with his sage like voice talking of the cosmos with a poetic majesty and then enters Tyson with the equivalent of "let's get ready to rumble," set to what looks and sounds like Battlestar Galactica. I hope it retains it's subtlety and doesn't get too amp'd up. Still, I look forward to it and will reserve my judgment. Edit: but this is a hard act to follow.
