G'day Hubski,

As I mentioned in my post for is weeks photo challenge, I've been a bit absent the last couple weeks and wanted to apologise for disappearing off-the-radar as such. Long story short, I was headhunted into a new organisation and dream role; having to quit old job (which threw up a bunch of HR joy), and had a stupid-crazy few weeks trying to wrap up and start anew. Both being public service jobs, you can imagine this isn't as easy as writing "I quit" on paper and throwing it at your boss haha.

I was able to do quick browses but had zero time to comment /contribute constructively which was frustrating, as I've missed the Book and Movie Club threads, as well as Photo Challenge. If anyone wondered whether that sense of community was active on Hubski, I assure you I've felt it as something being missed when not being active here.

Anyway, I won't ramble on too much more, just wanted to let people know I'm still here and that I'll be back to normal in a week or two, and I'll restart the Interesting Beer Thread next week. On the positive I've successfully batched one great set of homebrew beers, and have also just bottled a Xmas Gingerbread themed beer too; should be ready for the thick of the silly season.
