No.

Not currently. There's no attribution atm, so it shouldn't be much of an issue.

Can the original editor be removed?

Yes. The author of the post can change the list at any time. However, only the original list gets notified.

How feasible is it to implement a changelog, wiki-style?

I was thinking about it. It won't be easy. It's something that I don't think we will pursue unless there seems to be demand for it.
