For the past few months I've been listening to all of the Nocturnes (and several Etudes/Waltz/Preludes) by Chopin on repeat. He is the sole reason why I am learning how to play the piano. Eventually I want to be able to write a Nocturne in the style of Chopin.

Who are your favorite performers?

Evgeny Kissin, Valentina Lisitsa, Yundi Li, Tiffany Poon, and a few others

But my absolute favorite is Arthur Rubenstein. He plays the pieces exactly how I hear them in my head.
