One of the things that I found unusual was that homeless people will literally begin taking drugs in order to qualify for drug treatment trials. Meaning that they will take heroin in order to qualify for a heroin treatment program and get paid for their participation. That's some messed up stuff right there.

A number of these big Pharma/Biotech companies are HQ'd here where I live. I wonder if they do these studies locally it if they don't like to "shit where they eat" so to speak?
