Is this what you are seeing out there too kb? Are people acting and spending like they always have while being under water on their homes? Do you think the $26 billion is simply a symbolic gesture? Are there any practical gains from it on the individual level?

aside: picked up the audio book "How We Decide" and have a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I'm looking forward to it.
