I found this article interesting but I didn't learn anything or think of anything in a way I haven't already. I do find that every time I try to get more done or be more efficient I end up crashing or spending too much time tracking. I do love the feeling of having finished my chores, but I do not value the chores being done, so really what is the point. Life is about balance. Balance is best in everything. I think I might be too laid back, but I take enormous pride in only doing half the dishes from sometimes.
