Mondragon is a cooperative in the Basque region of Spain. I have no official political offiliation but I lean towards cooperatives over modern day capitalism. What is your opinion on coops and Mondragon?
I only recently learned about it. I suggest going to their site, but simply every employee owns a part of the company and has a part in the decision process. They democratically choose their managers, and if they're fired then the company will find them work at another company under Mondragon. It seems to be a company that values its employees and that is the main reason I like it.
