Oh my god that scene he creates to further his point is awful. Why, of all possible reasons, was Dent just standing in the swamp waiting for Batman to walk by to walk out of the swamp in which he was submerged up to his face? Have you ever seen anyone walking in the water logged bottom of a swamp? It's not graceful or scary. It's mostly just them trying to not fall over as their foot sticks in the mud. That would quickly turn into a comedy scene.
