This is why having strong internal controls; well developed, documented, and followed processes; and computers that enforce those controls and processes are critical in business. If you cut corners, eventually you get burned. Never mind being an upstanding corporate citizen who cares about its customers, it's in a company's best interest to have processes and controls because this shit is expensive.
