i can also recommend musicbee. It hasn't fallen short on anything that i've needed it to do and it only took a little bit of customization to get it where i want it. I also love the built in format converter and the hard drive in the side bar. really the only thing that gave me trouble was importing CDs, but i figured it out before long (dragging and dropping will place the CD files in your library but they only play when the CD is in your drive. all you have to do is right click and import).
