Just thought this was something worth sharing. It started as a tourist-y romance gesture but turned into something that's way over the top. I was in Paris on an exchange just last year, and I remember being unable to see the fence sections themselves because of all the locks on the Pont des Arts. Can't help but think of all the keys that must be in the Seine by now....
