The interesting thing in this is that Thermos gets a bunch of press for accomplishing things "thermoses" have been doing for decades: keep hot shit hot. I've got a Kleen Kanteen wide-mouth that I use for coffee on set. I've learned that if I don't add an ice cube or half an inch of cold milk after adding coffee, I won't be able to drink it for a day because the bottle is so efficient at keeping it hot. I can also put iced tea with ice in it on Friday afternoon and there will still be ice in it Monday morning.

So - thermos doing thermosy things, shipper doing shippy things, marketer doing markety things, Atlantic article.
