Its a sad reality that no matter how much material like this is produced, or how many books are written by people like Michael Pollan, this will never change until we start changing the way farm subsidies are handed out. Its become a moral, health and environmental disaster. I don't think everyone should be vegetarians, but I think the price of meat should reflect its true cost. Why do we think its our God given right to have meat at every meal?
