A policeman sees a drunk man searching for something under a streetlight and asks what the drunk has lost. He says he lost his keys and they both look under the streetlight together. Graphics such as this say a lot more about the data source than what it professes to illuminate. That said, the actual data on actual unidentified flying objects is centered around Palmdale, Okinawa and Mildenhall.
