Lesson? Lecture? I read the brief thing NYT wrote, and it was obviously just thrown together really quickly without actually having read the decisions. Scotus Blog just had the pdfs of the decisions, so I'm not going there, either. I'm sure by later in the day there will be some real analysis out there to react to. The source material is above my pay grad though, so I can wait.
