Honestly, I am such a messy person that what steps I've taken are extremely basic. Like "don't put your clothes on the floor" basic . I am also trying to only keep one calendar, instead of having a google calendar and a real one. (And also random dates and times in my notes app). Like I said, very basic. As for whats getting in the way it is at this point mostly bad habits I think. I am used to doing stuff one way and doing it another takes conscious effort.
