Was talking with one of my contractors a few weeks back. He was extremely incensed that the Seahawks weren't in the Superbowl because "the refs cheated us." When I observed that perhaps Seattle wasn't in the Superbowl because Atlanta played significantly better ball in the playoffs, he said "yeah... but the refs still cheated us out of a lot of plays." Principled Republicans have long since been swept to the margins while the opportunists and shrillspeakers take over. It's all a game and any error in your favor isn't an error and any excuse as to why you aren't perfect is a good excuse. Of course Clinton is going to be investigated. She's the antichrist. And of course the Trump administration isn't. They're the home team. Welcome back, by the way. Don't be such a stranger.
