I'm assuming you're talking about rape/sexual assault because broad daylight random person-on-random person violence is so low. If I were a woman I'd want to carry a handgun. Not everyone makes the same choice. There are still people who drive without seatbelts.How do I know which guy is going to harm me as a small woman ?
