Not married to apple but I want an 13 inch. Preferably metal casing. Don't really care about retina display/touchscreens/force touch track pads. I use fcpx right now, but only because I have 4gb of ram and can't install premiere pro. I think all software I want will work fine on windows and I'm fine with a learning curve. I also run illustrator, and want to get some color grading too. It's just that so far I didn't find anything significantly lower in price for the same specs (but I haven't looked very far because I really don't know pcs ) fyi, the prices in my post are in cad. Didn't think about exchange price difference when I wrote this.
