Yeah, that is pretty weak.
I could see Obama giving the Iraq War given in entirely to Bush, since he did withdraw at a moderate pace, and as he called it a 'dumb war' long before. I can buy that he left Iraq at the most responsible pace he thought possible. But as for Afghanistan; he owns that one for the time since he's been in office, IMO. I don't see any clear strategy there.
