I don't know, I think alpha0 may be on to something here. Not kidding. While I agree that he looks to have had his eyes done, ignoring those the younger Putin has a much longer and more slender face. The older Putin has a round face, broader nose and much tighter skin, attributable to plastic surgery, sure but how can you make ones face rounder?
