If you are serious about this, then I would highly suggest that when you ask for someone to potentialy work with you, you list your skill sets. What is it that you would bring to this team? Okay, so you are not an ideas guy, are you A numbers guy? Are you a programmer? Are you a marketer, a business development guy? Do you have regulatory experience in a niche field? In order to start a business, in order for you to attract people to start one with you, you need to have a marketable ability.
