aw this is tremendous stuff, I've been so detached from the modern jazz scene for ages, i feel ashamed now :D Thing is my favorite pianist and general idol is Armenian jazz genius [Tigran Hamasyan] but he gained traction with solo works like that, and after exploding in France he got more in tune with some crazy shit, and diversifying. He's 100% of the influence of my actual piano playing which translates into my taste in jazz, which is great and all but I get left behind with new stuff hehe. Pardon the rant but rarely do people really get into this guy, if you do I'll spam you to death with links so pretend you dont just in case.
