I would. Hell, I get uncomfortable when a Facebook app requests access to my timeline! It just feels like too much information, collected too often. Also, would there be realistic value to collecting everyone's pee data? We might catch some things early, but putting the system in place could be very expensive, and there's the potential for false positives and increased paranoia about our health (imagine Web MD every time you went to the can).
