Woah, I love Lemon Demon. I don't listen to him a whole lot but that's certainly a compliment for me.

It's not really my thing, but my mom loves Cape Breton music. We're from Halifax but are closely related to Cape Breton. I got dragged into a square dancing event at a tiny, tiny church in the heart of some tiny town in the middle of nowhere when we were in CB for a funeral. It was new to all of us and completely surreal. My social anxiety hated it, but the music was live and completely indescribable. When the tempo starting ramping it made you feel like you were on a roller coaster.

Ha, I play bass. In descending order of competency I play bass, guitar, vocals, keyboard, and sometimes I'll pluck around on my sister's violin that she quit playing when she was a kid, or a ukulele. In reality I have no idea what I'm doing with most of these, I just fake my way through them.

Heh yes, I'm new to Hubski and have been lurking around this tag listening to all the cool stuff here for a few days. I see your name everywhere, it's crazy and fantastic how much good music you and the other people here make. It makes me constantly aware of how much better I can get. Very motivating.

This made me instantly start dancing in my chair

The lyrics are funny. The synth at 0:48 is pretty fantastic.
