I have pretty good (Sony MDR-V6) headphones, but they are far from noise cancelling. I've been using RainyMood off and on for about 2 years in my noisy cubicle-farm. When paired with some relaxing music (Sigur Ros being my favorite example), almost all of the general office noise can be drowned (hehe) out.

I LOVE that RainyMood has finally added a volume control. I would sometimes have issues where it was overpowering my music.

It would be amazing to have a super light-weight app though. Or maybe an Spotify App!

Wish I could find an example, but I can't... I feel glad and sad for people that will never hear the satisfaction of a cassette tape finishing rewinding. That small squeaky hum coming to a crashing stop, just hard enough to feel in your hand. I may have to go searching for my Walkman and my Hansen cassette...
