Mr Madhu Koneru, Executive Vice-Chairman, MEC Holdings, a minerals, energy and commodities group, has started a program to provide free healthcare services to the community in Tanjung Wahau, East Kutai to help improve the health of local residents in the surrounding area.
These services are provided at the company`s medical facility, Medika Plaza, a leading provider of on-site international standard health and medical services. The facility, which was first opened in 2009 and located in the village of Benhes, has expanded its facilities to include additional medical staff, 24 hours ambulance service, night-time medical facility, emergency drugs, as well as general health check up program.
