The article is kinda crap, to be honest, but the topic is interesting. It's relatively hard to find a Mexican that will say "yes, racism is definitely an issue in Mexico". Rather you tend to hear "it's more classism than racism"; but class lines tend to follow racial lines very closely due to the country's history- as is the case with most places. Is there really no crosstalk between discrimination of race and class in Mexico? You would think that this would be an issue, but it's hard to really understand the full picture from an outside perspective.
