Like Tom says in the video, the United States hold the biggest underground reserves of trapped helium. Notice the "known" part. Qatar has the next biggest reservoir, with production around 45M cubic meters per year. Algeria, Australia, Russia, and Poland have their own, smaller production of helium each.
