I turned 30 the other day. That was exciting. Trying to enjoy the process of life more than the results, but that's a challenging thing for me. The process right now looks like running 1 mile for the first time in 7 weeks because of a knee injury. I've had some ups and downs with that, but just being outside on a not-rainy day was amazing.
