It’s possible but usally the first question is why didn’t someone already do it. There are folks out there who are experts at building and flipping so why haven’t they moved on the land. But then there are other things like permits and local politics. Also the logistics of getting labor and materials to far away spots are non trivial. You need to find an expert to guide you if you want to attempt something like this
