If it's true, Ketcham really should have included it. That certainly might have been a reason why Anspach couldn't demonstrate that PB's trademark was invalid. I would be surprised if Ketcham didn't read the Wikipedia article. It has no citation, however, I would think that the transfer of patent ownership is registered somewhere?
